We pride ourself in communication and customer service. We are customers, too. We love to receive communication when we buy from internet. The internet is great accessory where you can find so many things, purchase them and receive them at your doorstep without moving. However it's not because you order through a computer that you shouldn't get a human reply. A shopping experience needs to stay a real shopping experience, where you can ask a shop assistant to help you. So we are proud to offer you virtual assistance but still in a human form and update you on your order, request or problem. We always reply to any request and are very happy to go out of our way to help you find what ever you are after.
