Please note: O-lingerie will not accept responsibility for losses in the postal system. If your shipment is not received within 7 days of receiving our shipping advice email, we will attempt to assist you in locating your shipment. Shipments are not insured unless you specifically request insurance. Insurance costs are charged at your expense.
When you are buying from us:

Please know your size, check the postage and payment details.
Please note: Due to the large number of items, sizes and color available it is impossible to have all lingerie or costumes in stock at all times, which means that some lingerie will need to be ordered from the manufacturer. Your article may be then delivered in 2 to 6 weeks. We will inform you in this case.

We deliver once we receive payment.

Shipping is approximately 3 to 7 days by after receipt of your payment. Please read following.

Return et Exchange:
All sales are final. Due to health regulations, we are unable to offer refunds or products exchanges. The only exception is manufacturer defects. We do not issue a refund or exchange if you change your mind or you make a mistake. Please know your size, check the postage and payment details.


Our products are top quality and we do understand you may sometimes be unsatisfied.

Please note: Exchanges and refund are only accepted for wrong delivery or article defected. Return your article for refund or exchange within 3 days after reception. The returned article must be sent with its full packaging. All postage are not refundable. Please contact us to get a return form.

Gift Vouchers, Electronic Gift Vouchers and Gift Certificates:
Electronic Gift Vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. They are only valid for goods sold on this website and are not redeemable for cash or transferable.  If the order exceeds the amount of the Electronic Gift Voucher, you must pay for the balance.  Any unused portion of the Electronic Gift Voucher will remain as a in store credit and can be used on any articles on our website. The original expiration date will still apply.


We often offer AU$10 Gift Vouchers which are different to Electronic Gift Vouchers. They are valid for 12 months and are only valid for Leg Avenue and Ellie Shoes Products sold on this website. They are not redeemable for cash or transferable.  If the order exceeds the amount of the Gift Voucher, you must pay for the balance.  Any unused portion of the Gift Voucher will remain as a in store credit and can be used on any articles on our website. The original expiration date will still apply.
